Crom Faeyr problem

I seem to have either dropped or never gotten the key to the mindflayer dungeon in under the Temple District. Is the there any way I can get it or get it back?

You get the Sewer Key in the dungeon in the Windspear Hills (Firkraags Lair). It's on one of his lackeys, Tazok.
Have you already done that quest but lost the key? Then the only way to get it is by using CLUAConsole or Shadowkeeper. If you need any help with that let me know!

I have already cleared out Frirkaags lair. Unfortunatly, I sill can't find the key, so I would like help on getting it through cheat codes.

OK here's what you can do (off the top off my head anyway so get back at me if anything doesn't work):

option one: open a file in your BG2 directory called baldur.ini (make sure to make a backup copy!)
Then under Program Files, type this: debug mode = 1
Now, while you're playing the game, press Ctrl + Spacebar and you can type in cheat codes. For a list of codes check this link
option 2: Alternatively, you can download Shadowkeeper here and use it to add the key to your inventory. In Shadowkeeper, you can also look up the cheat codes of all the items in the game. it's easy to use.

If you enabled the cheat, you can put the mouse cursor on the other side of the door where you can see, and press [ctrl] + [j], you party will be warped to the new cursor location. Just make sure everyone is selected when you hit [ctrl] + [j].

Thanks for the help, I got the key and now am on my way to the dungeon and constructing the Crom Faeyr. Thanks again.
