okay i got tales of the sword coast but how the hell do i get to the new places.They dont show up on the map and i tried getting ulgothsbeard by going north of the bandit camp but it didnt show up.

Also is there any war to get the trousers back when that guy takes them from ur bag.

Did you kill everybody in the big tent of the camp???
If you did you have to go straight to the cost in to the dloakwood forest..

then you'll go to the north (still cloakwood) to the mines (there you'll (VERY BIG SPOILER)have to flood them with a key that you'll find killing a man at the last stage)...I went to far... anyway

then you can enter baldur's gate...

by trousers do you mean the golden pantaloons? i guess you could try one of the usual ways of getting someone to drop something you want

I did it without that... once passed to the new chapter (in the bandit camp) I oppenned my journal and read: "your next destination is the cloakwood forest" and so the map was already updated
