OK My mage uses Bigby's clenched fist ALOT! and he also uses something's Horrid Wilting, I know when and where to use them but I have NO clue why, when he's preparing the spell, it says "aura cleansed"? what is the del with that? thanks! and could someon insert the nam of the mage before "Horrid Wilting"? It just slipped my mind and I can't think of it!

I think that this has to do with your alacrity. That is, the rule (from traditional D&D that says you can use no more than one spell in any one round. When your aura is cleansed, you can cast another spell.

Why it would say this while you're casting spells could have to do with you having Improved Alacrity activated.

Edited to fix my markup...

The spell is Abi Dalzim's Horrid Wilting, I believe.

I checked a few site on the net and they say the same thing. So I guess you have Imporved Alacrity on while casting these spells.

Or Daer'Ragh's Aura Cleansing...

Also, I can't remember when, but I distinctly remember my aura being cleansed at one point after a quest during SoA... It wasn't after a spell I cast, it was after some kind of dialogue. Maybe it was during the Ranger quests... I really can't say, though.

Anyone else remember this?

I remember something like that, and I nearly always play a ranger.

It also Cleanses your Aura when you cast a spell in Time Stop IIRC.
