Some useful dual classes and multiclasse. Having more than 1 class means your character is more flexible. If you dual at lower levels, it also enables you to reach the maximum levels in your second class without removing the EXP cap.
Multi: 1/2 Orc Fighter/cleric; Good Tank and backup cleric. Even better if you use Shadowkeeper and make him a beserker/cleric. Dual wield maces/flails as there are some good ones to be found and 2 good maces are better than one excellent staff, generally. 1/2 Elven Fighter/Mage/thief; Again use SK to make them a kensai to maximise backstabs and improve defence. Takes ages to level up, but will be so powerful and flexible. Great for soloing as this charcter is ready for all situations Dual: Number in () is level at which to dual Kensai(9)/Thief; Lethal max damage backstabs! OR Fighter(9)/Assassin; Can achieve x7 backstabs and use bows, poison and armour Swashbuckler(10)/Mage; very flexible, can defend h-to-h, use bows, good defence and elf mail plus MAGIC Fighter(9)/Mage; Can attack H-to-h well, use bows and master in them, wear elf mail plus MAGIC Besrker(9)/Cleric; see multi above Hope this helps |
