I bought the game about 2 weeks ago and didnt have the time to properly play it, until a few days ago. In the starting town, near the lighttower, theres a sorta siltstrider thats called "Bull Netch". What Im wondering is, can you control it, use it or do ANYTHING with it at all?!?
Thanks in advance

The silt strider allows you to travel fast all over the map, and the Netches, well, think of them as scenery, kinda like cows. They're harmless if you don't bother them. And you can't control neither one of them.

Nope!
They're just happy little non-hostile creatures who roam the countryside. I guess you could attack them if you really wanted to, but there's not much point. If you're at an especially low level it might be somewhat dangerous too, since the bulls are poisonous and they aren't particularly easy to hit.

netches are GREAT for target practice, line em up half a mile away, 3 hits and they go down normally, superb for raising marksmanship, and fun too
im probably singlehandedly responsible for putting all netch farmers out of business |

use other weapon first to lower down it's hp then use the fork the finish it up. having newer patch version helps as you can see it's hp.
