how can I become normal again after being bitten by alyssa? Anyone got a clue... or wooden stick????

there is a rumor that if you cast a lot of tough spells (100 HP worth) that this will keep you from wasting away. I can't remember the thread or the author. But I think it might be found with the search engine under "cure". Don't stake yourself yet. Would you like some garlic mashed potatoes?

there is no cure. Healing spells do not work. Vampireism is a trait see the benifit and downside in the manual that comes with the game (no manual then you have a pirate copy and deserved to get bitten). The only cure is to reload a save game before you got bitten. Do not wear the vampire ring it causes the game to crash.

As far as I can tell, you get Vampire Breath which is basically "unlimited" Freeze spells. Not worth the pain in the neck, if you know what I mean.
