Is there any way I can join as a non-member with full status and pension? Also I would prefer to be a "secret" non-member to make it easier for me to operate openly in the stealth mode if at all possible.

It think you should change your guild’s name to Honorable Oswald’s Guild of Swords also known as HOGS.
