The wyvern stingers aren't extracting into poisons. Sometimes the lever works sometimes it doesn't. Either way, the stingers don't change. Is there an item code for the bottled wyvern poison?

I don't know the code but are you sure you have them on the right table? The middle one.

You have to put the stingers in the correct table. That's the one to the left of where you make the fake brew. When you put the stingers in the right place, you should have no trouble converting them into poison.

Yeah, I put them on the western-most table. It worked with one stinger only once. When it happened, I walked away from the lab and some narration came up: "you hear the sound of a chain stretching in the distance" ...or something to that affect. So I have 1 bottle of poison and 3 stingers, 2 of which I had to create.

Just put the stingers in there and wait for the alchemist to do it again. It's not instantanous, give him a few mins.
