mmm...so anyone here happen to be attending one of those culinary academys?
Ive been wanting to go to the orlando culinary academy for the longest time now, but havnt got the cash yet and i have to finish my degree at the rosen school. I poked around their website, but the information that they had up 2 years ago on what their tuition and program design looked like is missing now. anyone happen to be familiar with their degree program and know what the tuition per semester is? and if the classes are different from the ones offered at the rosen school? |

Well, no. But, I cooked for a living for 10 years, from short order to hotel Chef. I worked with guys before who went to culinary arts school, and from what I saw, they did'nt know much more than I. Now if it is your goal to work in a 4 star resort or hotel/rest., then getting the degree is not a bad idea. I just think it's like any other collage, its all for the degree, not to actually learn. You can win a trip there, now that would be cool! Anyway, good luck, just thought I would give my 2 cents.
