This is tragic. Innocent young girl, disappeared. Is she believed abducted, or just missing. If abducted, I definitely fear the worst.

Disappearing children are every parents worst fear. Th older I get, the more irrational fears I have regarding my son's safety while I'm not there.

I read the article and I sincerely hope she is found soon, although one does tend to fear the worst. I don't have any children myself yet, but I can't begin to imagine what I'd feel like as a father if my little girl went missing.

It's not looking good is it?
If the child is not found or returned in 24hours the stats IIRC do not hold out much hope. I am wishing that I am wrong. Please post the moment you hear something Fingers still crossed

Lord K, I don't think there's anyone here who doesn't sincerely hope the child is found. But as Leonis said, sometimes there isn't much one can say and sometimes a person sees a tragic occurence like this and just thinks about how much they care for their own loved ones and what they'd feel like if their child disappeared.
It's sad to say, but this sort of thing is constantly in the news these days.

Thanks for volunteering to keep us posted. God, I hope they find her! In my area a teenager with learning difficulties vanished and was found underneath a railway bridge a week later, unharmed, but tired, hungry and dirty. Never give up hope! Hopefully, the girl wandered out of the garden and forgot to tell her parents where she was going, then became lost, and will be found soon!
Wishing her and her parents luck, Kaltia K.A.
