Might and Magic 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

I tried 8, but it was the sorriest piece of cr*p I ever tried to play. It was unworthy of NWC and 3DO. MM9 BETTER be better than that!

My favorite was the Xeen series, but I did like the Enroth/Erathia series, especially since it dovetailed with the HoMM ones.

All of them and I still have the maps I made for the early games!

Never did finish 6 because it fatally crashed even with restarting and replaying.

I only played 7 & 8.
Played 7 twice, once on the good side and once on the evil side just to see both endings.
Enjoyed them both well enough to finish them...wishing still that I had the Arcomage CD.

I started with MM1 and 2, then did 6, 7 & 8. I loved 1, and appreciated 6 for bringing me closer to 1 than 4 and 5 were. 7 was more of the same of six, only gold was ridiculous and it was too short. 8 was a disappointment for its time. I agree with Saz, 9 better be a big improvement. I heard the engine is supposed to be cool.
