Hi
I SLEW ABAZIGAL and his minions!!! But NALIA was a gonna! I read in the rule book that once a character has been smashed to bits that he can't b raised or resurrected but can b brought back with a WISH spell How can this b done? I drank potion of insight I cast the level 9 spell + the genie came but an option to bring back the character wasn't given? So I am wondering is it another WISH spell? LIMITED WISH? Or is this not possible at all? Thanks

Its not possible. In PnP the wish spell is capable of pretty much anything the player can ask for (more accurately, anything the DM can twist the players phrasing into. If you ever cast this in PnP, be very careful.) But the BG2 version just has a few generic options.
It would be nice if they had included this ability with it, along with the ability to regain Yoshimo (a geas can be broken by wish, and he could be brought back) and a whole lot of other things. But they didn't.

It is impossible to ressurect so called "chunkified" characters. They are killed beyond Ressurection. Speaking of Wish I woner if you could edit the spell with IEEP or IE and mayne then you could do it.

I doubt it... The portrait is gone. They're blown away.

You could probably CLUA her back in, if you were desperate (though I doubt she'd be back to her previous XP, I haven't tried it myself).
Usually I just use Power Word: Reload. However, I once played a "no reloads after chunking" game where if a character got chunked I buried the pieces and moved on. There was actually a kind of refreshing "realism" about the finality of death. And, it gave me plenty of opportunities to try out some other NPC's that I wouldn't have taken into the group otherwise...

They won't have the same XP if you CLUA them in. They'll have 2,500,000 XP instead.
