are there any gem bags, potion bags, scroll bags or what have u to contain those gems, potions and stuff?

there are no bags like that. u put the potions in the 3 slots above you're slots for you're weapons. and for scolls with mages u have to write them in you're book,for other people do with the scrolls as u do with the potions

Thats funny because I have 2 gem bags, 2 potion bags and 2 scroll cases currently in my game, and I am still in chapter I.

You get the scroll cases, gem bags, etc if you install HoW.
