Nope.
He does grant additional interactions to certain quests and to other NPCs though. |

well unless you don't count imoen needing to be rescued i don't think any of the other npcs don't have any quests

Does rescueing Mazzy count as a quest (i never had her in my party)?

Well.. Mazzy has a specific quest of her own (involving her sister), so I don't think rescueing her is 'her quest'. It is said in the manual that there are a few NPC's who are harder to get (i.e. Haer'Dalis, Mazzy, Edwin, Cernd), so that is why you get Mazzy in a quest.

Romances aside...
Haer'Dalis does not have a personal quest( unless you count the love triangle). Neither does Viconia, Minsc and Imoen. |
