Start drinking water. Now. Stay up a while, if you need to, and don't stop drinking water. Leave at least two glasses near your bed- one for the middle of the night, and the rest for tomorrow morning.

The solution to the pollution is dilution... so basically for every drink you had you should drink a glass of water. If possible exceed it by 1 or 2. Also eat something ( pizza, sandwich, etc.) it will help. Another thing is to take a shower and sweat it out ( or any other thing that help you sweat.)

That's alot of water... Also, in case you drink something stronger does it have to be more water or does one glass cover it?

More water, but don't overdo it. And try to stick to one kind of booze, since mixing leads to horrible hangovers. On the morning after, try getting some fresh air and stay away from coffee.

One or two beers and you'll be as good as new.
