Yeah, i got it today. I know Lord of Alchohol has it...
I was wondering, are there any tips, because I am trying to make the leap from Civ2 to Civ3.... And my city just keeps going into Civ Disorder, as well as my tech researching really slowly.

I don't have Civ III, but I played civ call to power when it came out and it just was nothing like the CivII experiance.
