Ok if u hav a animated GIF and u do stuff to it on any Paint program and then save it as a gif. how come it doesn't still move?

Because you only work on one frame of the animation?
Just guessing as my experience with gifs on a scale of one to ten is very small...

Because a gif is made up of a certain number of frames (or pictures if you will) thus you have to break it down and alter all of them for it to still animate or use a program that will do that for you even though you are only working on a still of it.

I have a program called gif animator which lets you break the gif up and save all the frames. You can then edit each one in your imaging program and then re attach them to each other in gif animator again. This process is a bit fiddly though if you're not used to this kind of thing.

The best program is Animation Shop....It costs a bomb, but I got it cracked. Try and get that.

kewl..i was also wondering what is the best "Paint" program..ones which u can make animation, lens flare things, make cool sigs like Saz does...could some1 list some of the best ones...and Lavindathar where can i get that ...cough.. version of Animation Shop ....cough.. on the net
