Do the pieces always fall in the same order -- maybe he memorized the sequence. That or he used magic.

Not to say he didn't actually do it on his own skill, but you can accomplish that with video editing.

The speed is crazy, but I'd like to play a tetris like that, where you can see what the next several pieces coming up are, and you have the ability to hold a piece to use later.

Well there are people who would do it just for the publicity. They want their 15 minutes of fame, and they don't want to work too hard to get it.

Again, That's not to say this person didn't genuinely accomplish what's shown in the video.
