Where next?

Just finished Shurugeon Castle.From stuff NPC's have told me it seems I have three choices:
1.Stout Mines
2.Boogre place
3.Find Erathsmedor.
Where do you think is best choice?

If you want to get all the quests then you should do exactly as you have listed, ie Stout Mines, then Boogre Prison and then Dragonspire..

Dragonspire should be the last choice. You can do the Mines or the Caves in either order.
