Jumbled ramblings are Mel and ranting Wah Lich Hell. ?????? Maybe she's speaking Double dutch...(boom boom) I've got some custom portaits, I even did one of myself. Felt weird using me in the game though. I've pilliaged the ironworks and even made portraits out of Braveheart and Star Wars photos. I found one from Beowulf I was going to use but haven't gotten around to it yet. Could send some if you like Melusine. |

In your d--- Rikard ??? That MUST be so PAINFUL !!!!
Melusine, another mail on the way About portraits, i saw a site once that had about 15 portraits took from... CONAN !! They were funny i think, and Arnie looks so... WARRIORISH (?) What i dont like from portraits is that some of them (mainly male wizards) look so old, and you are supposed to be YOUNG !! I CANT imagine Gorion telling a 70 year-looking wizard: "Ah, my little creature..." At least this is what he says in the spanish version. |

Hi Melusine!
About pictures, sorry if anything has already been said but too many postings here Have you tried surfing into the more famous artists hompages like Elmore, Frazetta and so on? There you can find images you can easily remake into BG1/2 and Icewind dale portraits, you also have some portraits at the original webpages for icewind dale over at interplay. If you have a scanner and the pen and paper game you van find alot of good picturees, you also can scan magazines and edit images to style them more into your own imagination heroine. If you need any help write me aline and I can send you some pics and some ideas. |
