Okey this is the first poll I ever do and for a good reason, its actually school related, I'm sorry I post it in GD but I kinda need quick results so I'm hoping I won't be stoned for this...

I used to go to the library quite often, but lately I find myself buying so many books that going to the libary isn't really necessary anymore... Bad habit, nonetheless.

I just realised something vvvery stupid...
isn't 3-4 times a month almost the same as weekly...? Sigh and I can't edit it... so lets regard it as 1-2 a month... Stupid me... |

I don't go to libraries but I am an avid reader. I read about 40-50 fantasy novels a year, but that's not the kind of stuff you find in libraries, in Denmark.

I voted 'less than that' but I think you had too many options that were 'more than once a week or month' and too few outside of that. I think a lot of people may go once every month, every 2 or 3 months, etc.
I don't go to the library too often because it's a bit too far for me, so I get as many big fat books as I can and return for new ones maybe once a month. And like Groj I sometimes forget to visit because I have quite a few books at home

Alas, we do not even have a public library in our little town, the closest are 15-20 miles away, so I have to make do with mine and things that I buy at the bookstore.

I haven't been to the library (any library) since Uni! The internet has all the info I'll ever need. Plus, if I want to read a book, I buy it.

Our central library has a combined sci-fi/fantasy section consisting of a small bookshelf. Admitedly it is a full small bookshelf, but its still just a small bookshelf. Busines dept dosent have books on the subjects I need.
Outlying libraries are in an even worse state. So Ill go when I need something, but other than that I have boxes of books in the basement ot reread.

I used to be an avid libary goer but in the last few years ive stopped going, if I want a book I just buy it nowadays. The libary isnt too far away but all the books are not in great condition, its in a bad neighbourhood also so id rather not go down there, I wont have the shoes on my feet when I got home if I went down there
