~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Where the heck is this place? i've heard people talk about it but i dunno where it may be!....also wut is the Twisted Rune quest? can't remember if i did it or not!....my BG2 ain't workin at the moment...keeps crashing!...pooooo!

It is connected to Unseeing Eye quest. In some hole down there.
Twisted Rune is not a quest, but a fight against several powerful creatures in a house in the Bridge Distrrict.
