Man... they have to be the unhealthiest food ever.... but I couldn't stop eating a pack... Why didn't I just inject the fat straight into my arteries and save the hassle of digestion. They were very moreish. Had one, had to have more.

If I die of heart attack can I sue the company? How wrong are fried pork skins?

Man Yorick they are so wrong... that they are good!

(Of course I am from the southern U.S., where various so called 'unhealthy foods' are a staple of good liv'in)

yummmy, I love the barbque flavored pork rinds but I think once you die from them, you can not sue, what would be the point then?

I'm not a lawyer, but as far as I'm aware there is no legal precedent for litigation from beyond the grave.

if you got a hart attack, you would be lucky if you could sue them if you survive it whit all that fat around your hart

If oyu could prove the cholesterolthat caused your heart-attack came directly from the porkrinds, and there was no warning on the package specificaly stating that the product caused arterial build-up, then I would think you may have a case:p

(but what do I know, I don't even have my driver' license yet!!)

I'm the same way with pringles and oreos, but I have a good body/metabolism, so unless I start to notice flab I don't see it as that important. I know it's not a hundred percent true, but I tend to think you have to be fairly overweight and of considerable years before you can suffer heart failure.
