Default CEO for Netgear criticizes Steve Jobs and Apple

http://www.smh.com.au/digital-life/d...131-1aap8.html

This was an entertaining read, and one I support. For those that read my Ipod thread know where I am coming from. The CEO for Apple has created this closed-off world that Patrick Lo feels will soon fail, just as its CEO is failing in health (harsh words, yes).

The article points to the Android as the new champion of the future.

When Jobs left Apple, it suffered. When he came back, it prospered.

When he leaves again... I know which way I'm betting. The only way a closed system retains its dominance is by being the best alternative around. And the definition of "best" changes all the time.

I don't think he will be back this time. Liver and pancreas problems? Not good.
