Mine's on it's way, or so Amazon says.
Sounds like everyone is having good experiences with it so far. I can't wait!

This game seems a lot tougher than IWD1.I have to use the hit and run strategy almost feels like I'm cheating! But so far I realy love this game!!Could use some tips on dual classing,so far I'm sticking with single classes trying to toughen them all up..

Hit-and-run is a good strategy that works almost all the time, especially against goblins, orcs, etc. See page 56 in the manual for tips about multi-classing your characters; personally, I'm not going to.
Strange...I haven't had any problems with my characters and their pathfinding ability. Just lucky, I guess.

Still no sign of it coming out in the home of the red buses! We've upset somebody in Blighty, that's for sure. The local EB didn't even have it on the "Stop drooling it'll be out on..." list.

BTW has anybody figured out whether it's worth waiting for the CEd, or buy the first CD that vaguely looks like its got IWDII on it?

Just weighing in on the bug reports on different Operating Systems, and the question of 'Is it worth the extra ten bucks'.

Another XP user here, game has played flawlessley with zero crashes or glitches. Beautiful game, the music is fantastic - I'm wishing I had spilled out the extra ten to get the collectors edition even if just for the soundtrack alone.

Only downside is I just picked up a nights and weekends job (on top of my day job) at Waldenbooks here locally - which is seriously hampering my playtime.

CECIL, snap out of it. Sometimes you have to know when to get your priorities in order. This is one of those times!!
