Ok Fell, heres some suggestions. I'm assuming your talking about the battle when you first enter the area. First of all the usual bless, haste, shield (for mage), defensive harmony (if high enough level, this is level 4 spell) spells and arm everyone with missile weapons. Enter area and immediatly target blast skeletons (think think there are some?)hit them and they blow up hurting thier own allies. Switch most to melee weapons with mage hitting undead leautenants with spells and one or two using missile weapons. Pause often and retarget where needed for all characters. If a cold wights status is "almost dead" theres no use using two or more characters on it, move one to another target. Also try to stay in the immediate area of the exit for two reasons. Theres a couple of skeleton archers who can do a lot of damage if you chase wights farther in and if need be you can retreat your party back for healing. As for the rest of the level when exploring keep missile weapons handy for targeting blast skeletons before they can get close. Hope that helps and good luck!

Nono, I'm talking about the 3rd (?) battle wich starts off with 2 Blast Skeletons, then a whole friggin' army of Cold Wights and an Undead Luitenant.
There's only 1 battle after that until the next level! THX anyway ------------------ Drizzt could sense the power of Twinkle as he took it from the wizard, felt the care of its crafting and the perfection of its balance. - The Halfling's Gem (Icewind Dale trilogy) |
