Nope, am allergic to the smoke. Lost a grandfather to lung cancer and just wasn't ever impressed by smoking.

Tried it once, but didn't see the appeal. Besides, I don't want to put any poison in the shrine.

Having been addicted to perscription pain killers some years ago, I do understand the difficulty that many face when trying to break the habit though.

Used to. About a pack a day. Would quit for a year or two than go back when stressed. Then, the day before Galadria and I got married, I threw them away and haven't touched one, since. Eight years ago, February. P.S., they killed my father.

Used to smoke lightly back around my college days. Not regularly, but when I was in bars, clubs... okay, somewhat regularly.

Just gave it up one day, and haven't been motivated back since.

I am a singer and I used to smoke. I was careful to not let my voice teacher see me or smell the smoke on me. One day, though, she got close enough to smell it. I said it was because my parents smoked but she didn't believe me. She told me that she refused to teach me if I smoke because it would be a waste of her time because I would be ruining my throat and lungs. I've never smoked since.

I'll puff a cigar occasionally when I'm having a beer with friends... couple times a year maybe. Never even tried cigarettes.

Funny...I'm a social smoker more than anything - I'll have about 5 sticks a day during the week: one on the way to work, one at morning tea, one after lunch, one in the afternoon, and one on the way home. But if I'm out drinking at a pub I can easily go through 10-15 in one evening. Then the next day or two I won't smoke at all because I'm sick of the taste and the smell.

Having said that, if I'm with people who don't smoke I probably won't smoke as much, particularly if they don't like the smell. I'll just find someplace else to smoke.

Guilty....smoked since i was 16...said i would quit later too...here it is 24 years later and guess what..yep still smoking tried quiting 1000 times i swear.
All i have to say is if you dont smoke plz dont ever start ..and if you do...plz try to quit even if you dont make it... you tried.

I don't smoke regularly, don´t want to say goodbyes to this world before it´s the time.

A few cigs in a bar evening has been a habit for me, but I might as well leave that too. I don´t believe it kills me, but if it does, I didn´t write this.

Also. Sorry for everyone who have lost their relatives to it.
