Biff the Understudy

He somehow joined my party. He is very very odd. First of all he has no potrait unless you would count a question mark a potrait. All of his stats are nine so he is COMPLETELY average. True Neutral level one fighter. I have installed no mods or anything. Anybody had him before it was strange. He just appeared out of nowhere and joined with my party.

Biff usually only appears if there's a problem with the dialogues. For example, if the armoured figure you and Gorion run into just outside Candlekeep would for any reason not exist in your savegame, Biff would appear and say the character's lines in his stead.
He's there to make the chance of players not being able to finish the game due to faulty dialogue a lot smaller.

How he ended up in your party is beyond me.

I think I had a similar problem once, with him joining out of nowhere and all. Even though Biff is used to fix many small inconsistencies in the game, could you describe the situation and circumstances in which he joined your party?
