OK I have windows XP with outlook express 6. Every time that I try to pull up my mail it asks for the password and user name. Which are correct and the server is correct as well. I hit ok about 4 times and then it goes and tries to authorize. It just keeps doing that until I stop it and still can get no mail. But if I use my wifes log in and try to pull up the mail all works fine on her side. Iam not to sure why mine would not work. It is the same e-mail account and everything. I am at a loss.

hmm, perhaps it just does not like you? try changing your password and check your info, it might be trying to read it wrong

Is there a way that I can find out my password. I checked on the wifes side and it looks like it has 5 letters where the one on my side has 6.

it depends on what email service you use, if it is hotmail, you can reset the password, not sure about anything else though, just have to answer your secret question, then change it

I really have not had any troubles with outlook. I have been using it since I have had my computer. I always find with a phone call to my intrnet provider things can be solved very easy. Speaking of which I will have to do it to get my e-mail working again. I am still at a loss.
