It wasn't for lack of interest..it was because Ziroc's travel plans changed. He and his family were going to visit family in KY and planned a stopover in Atlanta. A hotel was found that could accomodate the desires and purses of those planning to attend, but Ziroc had to change his plans and the trip was re-scheduled.

I did try to renew interest in an Atlanta get-together for those that had initially responded. THAT was the one that died due to lack of interest and holiday schedule conflicts.

Personal arguments belong in email or pm. Since I very much doubt purre will have membership after what she's done today, I suggest you all take this to email or msn or something.

Not to mention that the discussion was taken off topic. Let's go back to the original topic now.

Could be the Finish of the Finnish.....shame that. I really liked her.

US citizens are still the best, no comparisons made but the Americans are so warm and helpful. I'm not arse kissing but the average US citizen will bust a gut trying to help.

I forgot the gist of the thread, the purre thing threw me. I remember talking about DC, that's where I took back up from.

Is there any way to generate a map showing roughly where members live? We'll get the best attendance if we can minimize travel for the most people. And I agree that each continent needs to schedule their own get-together. It'll be hard enough as is...

We'll have to do some sort of poll. As I said, I'd be up for it in London (or anywhere in southern England). Berlin (which was suggested) could be done but not as easily.
It is fair to say that most members are either from Europe or North American. Therefore it is best to meet in London because we all know Americans are richer so they can afford to fly over here more easily than we can afford to fly over there. Europeans also work harder so it would be easier for Americans to take time off work
