Well, VulcanRider, by now you probably realize you should RUN! LOL Far and Fast..... Or find a big stick and hold onto Cerek's collar for dear life as we run you through your paces here at IW!

Check out the Role Play forum, I think you'll enjoy it.

K.T.,

Thanks for your concern, but it's called genetics. I was ALWAYS skinny through school...however, if you will check out the PREVIOUS picture, you will see that I HAVE.....uh.....filled out...a little bit.

AAMOF, Vulcan still can't get over the fact that he and I are the SAME weight now. He's lost some, but I've gained a LOT.

However, I did join a Fitness Club back in 1996 and stayed with it for 2 years....the FIRST time in my LIFE I ever went to the gym on a regular basis.

With 3 small boys now, I simply don't have the time or money to join a Fitness Center again...but I'm trying to exercise more on my own. Sit-ups and Push-ups mostly. That will give me a good start. Then, there is a small college near work that has a public pool...so I may try to start going over there and swimming a few laps after work. I think they also have a weight room that the public can use.

I actually enjoy working out (used to DESPISE it), so I hope to be able to get back into it again.

However, I will NEVER look like the man in your sig. I'm just not built right. I have looong bones, so I will never have bulging muscles.

Although, if I ever DID get big muscles, I think that would be the ONLY thing that would shock Vulcan even more than my current size.

BTW, I just want to say THANK YOU to everybody for being so nice to my friend. I've been trying to convince him to join us for a long time. Thanks again for making him feel so welcome on his first day here.

Good to know you're engaging in some physical training, Cerek!

Hey, you never know... You might look like that burly Norseman in your previous sig someday if you really work at it! (Just keep a beard as well... ) It's up to you, really. If I'm not mistaken, some bodybuilders actually have looong bones, too.

Hey, VulcanRider, why not go to the gym together with Cerek? You two can be training partners! The Twin Barbarians... Wow...

The main reason we don't do that is because we live about 600 miles apart and see each other MAYBE once a year.

And, even though my physical size has increased, I STILL can't grow a beard at gunpoint!

Like I said - it's genetics.

AFA the Twin Barbarians - I don't think so. Vulcanplayed a mage who's favorite pastime was harassing Cerek (who didn't like mages to begin with). We pulled a LOT of pranks on each other in dungeons. He once used Cerek to Detect Traps - He cast PUSH on me and shoved me across an open floor, tripping all the pressure plates. HEY, I'm a barbarian...I should be able to "suck up" the damage.

Later, I got my revenge by casting Barbarian Magic Missile on him.
