Can't say that I've seen her movie, but why does everybody hate B.S. ( ) so much - at least there is something to look at *nudge nudge, wink wink*

Transformers: The Movie... Best movie EVER
Well... at least it was when I was like, 8 or 10 or something. Picked it up at Ebay cheap a couple of months ago. I'm ashamed to say (NOT) that at 24 it's still fun to watch. And this might also be why Hollywood is doing all those superhero-kick-arse-comic type movies. There's a huge fanbase (who hasn't read a spiderman or some such comic?), they can finally get all (...most...) of the special effects done in a reasonably "realistic" manner etc. etc. etc. Still... the world could have done without films like Blade II, Batman II and III etc etc. Did any of you guys ever see Captain America: the movie? very funny. Very campy too... [ 10-06-2002, 04:48 AM: Message edited by: Big Bad Bear ]

Well considering how eager Hollywood is to jump on whatever bandwagon is currently popular, I am hoping there will be a slew of high fantasy movies coming out after the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I think comic book movies are great and all, but nothing beats classic sword & sorcery flicks!

Transformer thread? OOOOOOOOO (manic glint in eye) I know I shoulda joined MONTHS ago
But Uhm... Darkman, DUDE! If you want to look at Ms Pfeiffers buns go look it up on the internet B@man 2 was IMHO a waste of time. OK OK to sweet talk you a bit ----> Darkman was a good movie too .... Disney's DARKWING DUCK is better though .... If they DO happen to do some more fantasy movies AND they wanna use the DND universe for it, let's hope it's not the same crap that that Dungeons and Dragons thing with that kid from Superman: the series was. It sucked bigtime. Maybe they'll do something with the Riftwar Trilogy by R.E. Feist? (here's hoping) [ 10-06-2002, 04:50 AM: Message edited by: Big Bad Bear ]
