okay in the beginning, kyle gets the second objective of the game, that blue symbol. I don't know where to go. The main array is what it says on the objective sheet.i don't know where it is. Is that the place where there are two rooms, ne green and one red? Please help....

The 'main array' is the set of three consoles in the large chamber which leads to the four sections of the base. You need to find the three coloured codes and activate that array, then input the codes, and that will open the way to the final section of the base. You will find each code in the section of the appropriate colour. I cant recall where you activate the array, but you should run into it if you explore thoroughly.
