but olli, how in the WORLD did u get FOUR ability points???!!!

i only managed to get 3 points with the help of the rare "Heroic Legacy" trait!!! it muz haf been pure luck then...........

I save game and let it roll for 20 minutes ( to get more than 1 HP )
and I got 4 ability points twice, but HP roll was 1.
Well I thought it might be good trade to take 4 ability points and 1 HP than
2 ability points and 3 HP, that my gnome usually get's.

3 Point's Only?!??!
My Oompzh ( what a heck was that spelling again [img]smile.gif[/img] ) get allways 2 ability p.
usually 3. I restore game if they get so low HP and ab. p.
3 ability points came 1/5 turn I restore game to roll again Level up:s...

If I get More Hp, I usually stop with 2 ability points, but I read one post
and it says how Hp:s are calculated so better to take more ab. points [img]smile.gif[/img]
It takes about 20-30 min. to Level up my entire party.

Well I must go into Industry Economic class... See You all!

Possible explanations:
1. According to my observations, you have better chance to get more ability points if you are at the beginning of the game - I mean at the real beginning, not after a restart adventures. Perhaps, this "boost" applies only if your stats are low. This might be the reason why Olli gets more AP than expected.
2. 4 AP: They might be related to the gnome. As we know, a gnome is "lucky" and has "many advantages" - all of them related to luck somehow and none of them explained anywhere. Perhaps, the combination "a gnome" plus "low stats" resulted in 4 AP sometimes. I don't know. I've never played a gnome.

My gnome doesen't get so high AP, like he used to have...
Mayby it was just that he was so miserable at the beginning, but
now game goes on and we are in serpent temple (jammed) and I came to look some old post to solve my problems.

What was that spell that cures poison? I go insane when those spiders and snakes keep poison my party and can't heal 'em!
Remembered it was Vine spell category, but witch level?

Level 4 Vine spell "Cure Poison". Also, the yellow potions you can loot from serpent priests there are Cure Poison potions.

I'm still stuck in serpent temple, and can't find any help!?
I killed that Unholy filth (green monster under water below iron cross)
and took that idol from altar under the water.
I spoke to high wizard at top of the building, there's 3 door that don't open
and wizard gave me skull key to enter some places, but can't find way to go anywhere?!

Can anyone give some tip or tell where I can search for them?

'Cure Poison' is a level 4, Vine spell... [img]graemlins/blueblink.gif[/img]

My first time through the game...I read a post on .. How to get the 'Snake skin" trait, for everyone in my party....So...I paid to join the temple and kept paying the Dowery Preist. Later, I found out the post had 2 errors;

1. Only one character gets the trait.
2. Even if you kill everyone in the temple, You can still get the trait. (The only one that must stay alive...is the Naga.)

..Now that I think about it....I wonder if it would have cost less...If I just bought alot of potions, instead.

On All of my return visits...I always had someone in the party with the 'Petrification' spell...so...I just turned, Kruege and all the Dowery Preists, to stone....LOL....You still get a high resistence to poison...Even if you kill all the other preists...

The key from 'Kruege' opens the cells, where you killed the 'Unholy Filth'. After you kill it...Return to Kruege and Give him back the key. He will, pat you on the back...and open the doors, that lead to the rest of the temple.... [img]graemlins/blueblink.gif[/img]
