Fascinating little thread, cool to read all of the various stories, genealogy of the names and other tid bits of uber geekdom. [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]
I first joined Ironworks for discussion and help with Icewind Dale. As a huge fan of the Ultima series, (I'm up to U7 Part II in my chronological quest!) I wanted to reflect this and hopefully meet other like-minded rpg-nuts, so I chose my UDIC name. (Ultima Dragons Internet Charter) [img]smile.gif[/img] Erm, so yeah, although I respect X-Men and Professor X, it wasn't the inspiration! There were many names of Dragons taken on the list of UDIC fans, so I just chose Cerebro as a quasi indication of my love for language, philosophy, art and all things RPGishly mental.
