Is there anyway to import pictures into IWD 2 of pictures ive taken myself with a camera to use for character portraits. if there is that would be be fun!

Sure. All you have to do is make sure they are in bmp format and then crop or resize them so that they fit into the size guidelines (220 x 330 for L, 42 x 42 for S). The file names can be no more than 8 characters long including the L and S size designators (e.g. portratL.bmp). You can use any number of photo editor programs - the most popular are JASC Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
