I have been away for a while now, as my son has finally arrived! He was born April 11 at 7:13 PM, weighing 8 pounds, 10 1/2 ounces. He is the cutest little guy in the world!
My wife had a (relatively) easy labour and everything went well. We had been concerned because she had a very low placenta and there was a risk of excessive bleeding (she did actually lose a LOT of blood). Still, she got through it ok and the sight of our son was more than worth everything we've been through! His name, btw, is Aeddan. His middle name is Santiago (for my wife's father). I will post pics when I figure out how...
