A few weeks back, I was walking along the road when I saw this bloke on a lovely lovely scooter ride past. I visit a couple of mod/scooter boards, and I posted up on there about this nice scoot I'd seen. Now (small world moment) a mate of this bloke happens to post on the same board - he saw that, and dragged the bloke along to the board to see the compliments his scooter had received. And we got chatting. A lot. And he's taking me out dancing sometime this weekend. [img]smile.gif[/img]

On to the topic then. Here on IW we have been blessed with happy stories regarding love on the Internet. And I couldn't be more pleased about it. All the lovely peoples in here meeting and matching. But I don't believe this holds true for all sites. On every site there will be less honest people. Therefore I believe that every serious forum offers the same possibilities of meeting people like a bar. But to me an online relationship is NOT a relationship, rather a companionship. To me a relationship is so much more than talking and chatting. You can talk all you like but you will never get the response a single touch will.

It's alright Melusine - I know you didn't mean that LOL.

He is just as mad about scooters as I am Thank gawd - I don't think anyone who wasn't into scooters would be able to put up with me for long! We have spent some time discussing the merits of various different scooter makes/models, optimum number of mirrors, chrome racks, handgrip tassles etc. [img]graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

I am in a very good mood - just got my Lambretta back in London today (finally!) And I have a 2nd interview for a job on Friday.
