I saw the spider man movie and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be but alot of other people I've talked to who have seen it didn't like it but others said they did. So I was just wondering, if you've seen it, did you like it? Oh and please don't ruin it for the people who haven't seen it yet!

I thought it was very good.
I actually went into the theater expecting little, which is probably why I enjoyed it as much as I did. I had rather convinced myself it would be a disaster, as many comic book to movie progressions are. Bottom line, I think it well worth the cost of admission. |

Spiderman Spiderman mass destruction across the land... Oh wait wrong guy. Doni you complain to much. You go to see a good movie and say it wasn't good? How dare you! Of course I am a Spiderman fan, and I basically knew what was going to happen before I watched the movie, but it was really good.

Sup guys, well i saw the spider-man movie and i tought it was pretty nice, i believe that it wasnt an waste of money cuz the movie has 1 single purpose: be one of those fun-to-watch-many-times kind of movie, like Indiana Jones, Batman... movies that are fun to watch and that u can see many times cuz it is always fun as if it was the first time.

Only one major criticism. The film missed one VITAL point in trying to capture the spirit of Spiderman; where were the wisecracks? That's the great thing about Peter Parker; he doesn't just beat people up, he sends them up while doing it! His quick-fire sarcasm and ready wit during battles were the things I really missed.
Apart from that... cheerful!

the movie followed the storyline fairly well and the parts that didnt follow to well made it almost better and more believable. i.e. the web shooter. seems more believable that he can actually shoot the web himself rather than making the stuff himself and using it in a canister. i mean who would become one with a spider and just know how to make some kind of mix of stuff that would just shoot out perfectly. hell we should all know from experience that when using a spray can it always clogs up on you. for the most part it followed the comic book fairly well with the costumes and storyline. im just waiting to see who is gonna be the villian in the next movie. octo or hobgoblin?

Iliked that too, they used the webbing ability they used in spiderman 2099 (it came from his fore-arms and what was neater was he only had a limited supply each day, something spidey in the movie never seemed to have a problem with)
And yes I loved the movie, and have seen it 3 times.
