funny, I fined from my own experiences that sleep bearly occures when I'm deppressed but when it does it is like the perfect excape [img]smile.gif[/img]

I wish I could give you some good advice or something 250 but all I can say is good luck. even though I know it doesn't help.

it dont matter, but thanks anyway. everything is fine now... it is all "ups and downs" got to deal with it [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I really shouldn't say "oh she is not the one" when any crisis rises. I should really look at the problems instead of accusing the person. [img]smile.gif[/img] now I am able to better examine the situation rather than reacting impulsively

no more depression for me!
