Finish It Please

Hi ! I'm back. I needed a little while by myself to sort through my feelings. Thanks to you, Lord Shield, Sir Taliesin and Mouse for your supporting mails.

You know, what I am mostly feeling for Ken is compassion. For all his obsessive need of control and praise, which makes him deny himself such joy and wonder in life by meeting great people and making real friends. I believe he harms himself much more than he does us, we all have each others to feel warm and happy here, and he has cut himself from that.

I received an indirect mail from him (I was 'CC'ed), telling me that my welcome to him was fake, and I can only feel sad for all the happiness he misses. I mailed him back telling him just that, I hope for him that he will pay attention. But it is up to him.

I believe the matter is closed now, and we should all go back to our business of sharing and laughing and thinking and caring. Let's have a dance !

Ok. Still sore at him for banning Moiraine but she is back with us now. WE MISSED YOU, MO. I can understand him being sore if he thought his wife was being ostracised (I would too). It's a shame so much collateral damage occurred. I tried to placate things while he was hear (as did Blademaster) but everything we said got twisted.

You're right, Mnem. I shouldn't have carried on Flaming after he'd been banned. It's not the grown up thing to do (and I am 31) and can reflect on this board. Hopefully we can get onto more positive things (in the meantime I registered with GameBanshee )

No problem. What makes me really unhappy is that Lady Nightshade, while she is NOT banned, cannot post, because Ken is and they share the same IP. She's kind of caught in the middle of all this.
