SPOILER! Hit "contrl"+"A" to see!

Talk to the elf in the corner and she'll give you a magic rock. Now put that rock in the magic pipe you got on level 3 and smoke it. After a few puffs a magic portal will appear, step through to go to the next level.

Seriously, What dungeon are you talking about?

Your profile shows your normaly on BG:TotSC forum, and have been asking about the final battle. If you haent finished that yet, youll find the temple you need to the left of the undercity.

If youve moved onto BG2 and are talking about the first dungeon there, the usual place to head next is the circus for an easy quest, then head to the slums to advance the next bit of the plot.

If you have a dungeon in some other game, just explore around a bit, most games have some kind of clue somewhere, but without more details I cant be any help.
