I remember there was some discussion about Waukeen's Mantle and how it was really good. It appears to have no stats however. How exactly do you get it to become a useful item?

Yup, the one from Trademeet. I remember a message about it ("best items" or something) but it was probably destroyed in one of the crashes.

Ummmm....I am not sure if it has any other use other than:
1) Give to Logan (Good party) 2) Give to one of the nobles (Evil party....sometimes good too.....) The bottom line is you fetch some gold for your trouble, not sure if it is worth it though. |

I had one of my PC's wear it through half a game or more. It was pretty. It did nothing.
I think it should do something. I "modified" it so that it does do something (raise charisma, give ability to cast "friends"). When I work out all of the bugs, I can send it. |
