I have heard of a part of the demi lich that we find in the sewers of the Unseeing eye quest. Where ???????????? Thx in advance.

Near the ex-cult members. The old man who gives you info on the cult asks you not to disturb the casket until they're gone. Just do the quest, you can't miss it. Any more info will spoil.
