For those that have the beta version, post your thoughts on the game so far, and some screenshots (if you can). I know some betas have you sign an NDA.

Is this the right place to ask, if I have only played Starcraft Singleplayer but have owned it since the day it came out, Am I still a N00b?

Oh yeah SC1 stnds up to the test of time. It's the defintion.

You could always try playing multiplayer and find out.

But probably yes. And so am I. Played my brother a couple times on WC2 and got toasted everytime. Except once when I built a force of about 9 grunts as quickly as I could. Then stormed his base while he was still building it.

Since Command and Conquer 4 is terribad. I hope this game can deliver.

Btw, do you guys believe that I haven't played SC1 yet? I bought the game but my friends all borrowed my cds until it's gone. LOL.

Been playing Beta for a few weeks now - getting my butt handed to me everytime though - I suck as it is right now BUT....

The developers are still in the progress of tweaking and balancing out the races - Beta is only multiplayer - and let me be the first to say this - it is EEEEXCELENT - but there is no BIG GAME CHANGING stuff compared to the first.

There is indeed an NDA - but also plenty of screenies around the net.

I suppose in a way Big game changing stuff is what blizzard is trying to avoid as they are generally known for trying to keep an existing fan base. And you know there would have been a huge uproar if they changed the basics of the game. But in saying that from what I have seen (and you would have a better idea having played the beta) they have managed to work within that framework and add more subtle changes to both the races and gameplay.
