In the Snake Temple, I have learned of many things that are located in the room above the library. I just can't find the secret room though. Please help.

You will need to get into that room to complete the game, because u will need a staff found there.
To get into that room You will need to place a statue (found in the proving grounds near where u enter the temple) in the central alcove, and the four monkey statues in the other alcoves. The monkey statues =>2 can be found in chests 1 is on a monkey released when u flick a switch, and the other is found behind 1 of 6 doors which can be opened by switches. Good Luck |

In my lead chacter's pack I have a snake figure(is that the statue you mentioned?), and only 2 monkey figures. I got one of them when I killed a monkey and the other was from a treasure chest.

The snake figurine is the one yes, as for the monkey statues, you will have to look around, i cant remember the exact locations of all the monkey statues, im certain someone else will be able to give you better advice later, or if you are sick of running around, and dont wanna do it anymore then look in the snake temple walkthrough section of this site.
I cheated and looked in a walkthrough for the switches area because i was trying for ages to get in (and i hate switch combination puzzles) Good Luck |

I think the other two monkey statues you need can be found in the top-level room past the kitchen (northwest of Kreug's room), and in the 6-doors area behind the 5th door (west of Kreug's room and the monkey chute room).
