I was wondering, I've heard a local tax collecter in the town of arrival was murdered. But I can't seem to find his body. Can anyone help me out here?

I believe the body is NW of Seyda Neen, near the shore. Loot the body and talk to the guy at the customs office for your next quest.

from the shop at seyda neen, go west across the stream, the body should be somewhere around there ( near the green swarm ).
