okay...
In the five flagons (bridge district) Theres a dwarf and a halfling at a table drinking. The halflings second name is 'Jamtoes'. In the government district, in the main courthouse building, there is also a halfling with the second name 'Jamtoes'. Do these characters do anything?

Some races refer to us halflings as insignificant, little people who just get in the way. These Jamtoes don't seem to help that impression and as far as I am aware they have nothing of value to offer the worthy adventurer, unless you want some target practice.
I hope I am proved wrong and they are key to some exciting secret quests - but I don't think so.
