I have got to the goblin fortress, in chapter one, and been through all the tunneles under it. I even got on the top of the fort. But I cant seem to find a way into it. It says something about a silvery rune inscribed into the door. How do I get in? Thanx.

The entrance is in the fortress courtyard, between the two sets of stairs. You shouldn't have any problems opening that door.

It says it needs a key. Or at least, no amount of lock pick or magic knock will work.

you need wardstones, they are on monsters in there, i believe a bugbear and an ogre? anyway i wish you the best

Do you still have the two wardstones with you? All I can think of is that you dropped them somewhere and they may be needed to open this door. I keep them until the fortress is done, and I've never had a problem getting inside.

like i said on mosnters on the same floor as the door, one on a bugbear and the other on a monster in a cell i believe.

The wardstones are in the warrens. On the west side, the big guy with the horned helmet (Taskmaster) carries one. On the east side, Gumph the hobgoblin carries the other. Then you can go up the stairs in the north to the fortress courtyard.
