Is there a purple swelling? No? You should be fine, then, If yes, don't "go" to the doctor, RUN to the doctor. Take an X-Ray. It could be a subdermal hemeraging, and that can kill the leg(kill, as in "leg be dead").

You seem to hurt yourself a lot playing soccer, Xen. Maybe you should just bring a personal doctor to the soccer field for yourself .

Yes, yes and finally YES! I'm going to be a little blunt here. No one on this board has any idea on how your leg/knee is feeling. Nor can we diagnose it from here. So if you are considering seeing your doctor (which you obviously are) the answer is always yes!

ANd that goes for everyone. As soon as you are considering it, place the call.

Only in large ammounts is it dangerous.
X-ray really isn't that bad, it also can show if you have a broken bone etc (not in this case) whereas acupunture is a treatment not a way of identifing an injury.
yeah right, X Ray is bad! perhaps you never been into a football club before. I tell you, when you are injured, they'll x ray you. injured again another time, they'll x ray you again. I swear after all those x ray I might catch cancer or something. This is why I refuse to turn pro.

acupuncture is better, have you ever been to one? they'll see what's wrong with you. they'll also tell you which blood vessel got something wrong ( how on earth do they know that? ).

Please don't tell people that Willow - you'll make my life impossible. Some people think about calling the doctor when they have a hangnail, others won't call even if their arm is hanging off. Each case should be treated on it's own merits.

Xen is too immature to make the decision his self. that't why he's posting here. As you say we can't make the decision so perhaps he should ask someone else. A parent maybe?
